Riding Lessons:

Do you love horseback riding but are not sure of yourself in the saddle?  Or do you want to take your horsemanship to the next level.  Here at Gates Practical Horsemanship, we can help you and your equine partner achieve your goals.  We offer comprehensive riding lessons intended to help you take your horsemanship skills to the next level.    The head riding instructor here at the ranch is Angela Gates.  The head trainer here at the ranch is Bert Gates.  Bert is a John / Josh Lyons Certified Trainer and is available for limited private instruction.  Angela has ridden and shown horses in both English and Western disciplines starting at a very young age and has the experience teaching others her skills in a comfortable encouraging environment.   Whether you use your horse or one of our ranch horses for your lessons,  Bert and Angela can help you meet or exceed your expectations.  

Lesson Rate:  $40 per hour
