Our farm is now for sale!  We have 6 +/- acres some fenced and some not.  The top pasture has a 6 stall wooden barn and the bottom paddock has 2 stalls with an attached "shed" with a huge room with a cement floor (It was used as a shop in the 80's).  The house is a brick 4 bedroom 2 bath house with a HUGE den with a river rock fireplace. 

We currently have 6 horses in the top pasture with 5 ponies in the bottom pasture. 

The home does need some work. 

We are located just a few miles from Fort Gordon Georgia which is a US Army post that is steadily growing.  Aiken SC is just 15 - 20 miles down I-20 and there is a vibrant horse community here with all English and western disciplines being common.  Augusta is the home of the National Barrel Horse Association and The Augusta Futurity and Aiken is the winter home of many notable thoroughbred horse farms. 

We are selling as we have purchased a larger farm in Avera GA.  We are asking $175,000 FIRM with seller paying half the closing costs.
